On Earth as It Is in Heaven

Genesis 1 says “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
There are two heavens and there are two realms, the physical and the spiritual. Psalm 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;”
The physical earth is what we can see and feel. But we also have a spiritual realm - the heaven, the immaterial reality that influences our physical world.
Based on the Bible, there are 3 heavens. The first heaven can be seen in Gen. 1:2, Psalm 102:12 and Daniel 1:28. This is the heaven where the birds fly. You can see the clouds and it is where is rains. This is where satan dwells in the power of the air.
The second heaven is revealed in Rev. 12:4-12 & 14:6-7. Job asked satanwhete he came from. This is where God and the angels meet satan. This is the starry space and the universe. This is where other spiritual
Beings patrol, where satan first fell to
When he was banished from heaven.
The third heaven is where Paul’s experience of the throne room occurred. It is the spiritual dwelling place of God. It is called “heaven of heavens.”
If there are 3 heavens, there are also realms under the earth. Sheol is the grave under the earth. This is where all the dead go after we die, righteous or wicked. It is the place where human bodies fall.
After you are buried, if you go to heaven, praise the Lord. But if not, you go to hades, a prison which is the realm for fallen angels and demons. It is a place to restrain satan during the millenium reign.
Gehenna is the lake of fire. It is a future place of eternal punishment, not for man but it is rpepared for the devil and his angels. It is possible that man goes here especially is he receives the mark of the beast during the tribulation.
Tartarus is a prison for fallen angels.
Hell was not made for man, but it can receive those who do not know the Lord Jesus Christ.
And because there is a spiritual realm, there are also spiritual beings. Genesis 6:1-4 says, “When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown. The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.”
The spiritual realm was very active during those days and they engaged man, bearing the Nephilim, who were called heroes of old, but they were actually evil. That is why God caused the great flood. But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord and he was spared. God set man’s maximum life span. He gave us, more or less, 120 years of life on this earth.
The bible has encounters with angelic beings and they were mentioned in the following:

There are also fallen angels. There was a rebellion in heaven and we can read about it in Isaiah 14:12-15. Ezekiel 28:12-17 also tells of the fall of angels.

Because there is a spiritual realm, there is also a spiritual battle. Ephesians 6:12 says, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” We are not called to sin. Sinning and temptation is not from God. Because we know that we have a spiritual battle, there are things we have to do.
Be alert. 1 Peter 5:8 says, “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” Say no. You cannot blame anybody for your sins. Guard yourself from temptation. Do not go to places where you will be tempted.
Know Jesus. John 10:10 says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” The battle to fight this is knowing your God. If you want to know the truth, read your bible. Focus on what is real. If you know Jesus, you will know what is not from Him. It is very important that you have an intimate relationship with Him.
Tune in. John 1:51 says, “He then added, “Very truly I tell you, you will see ‘heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on’ the Son of Man.”” You have to shift and ask God to hear Him. The spiritual realmnis very active and you need to step in. Get rid of the distractions and focus on God. You can have open heaven everyday.
Fight the good fight. Ephesians 6:10-11 says, “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” You are already equipped to fight the enemy. When you worship with all your heart, the devil cannot touch you.
Walk in victory. Romans 8:37-39 says,
“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” If you accepted Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, you have already won.
