“But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
MATTHEW 20:26-18
True greatness comes through serving others and not in seeking power and status. Jesus is the perfect example, coming not to be served but to serve, giving His life as a ransom for many. This is the difference of worldly leadership from servant leadership, emphasizing that those who want to be great must humble themselves and serve others selflessly.

After people are connected to Jesus, they are to grow in the faith. The way to do this is through discipleship which is the process of becoming like Jesus. But how can one be like Him if he doesn’t get to know Him first? Our advice is to practice the 5 spiritual disciples of Bible reading, Prayer, Sunday Worship (church), Fellowship (hanging out with other believers) & Application (practice).
INSPIRE
“Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too. You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.”
Philippians 2:3-5
The importance of humility and selflesness in leadership and relationship marks the heart of a true believer of Jesus. Putting aside selfish ambition, valuing others above themselves, and adopting the mindset of Christ who exemplified service and humility is the ultimate goal. By following His example, we cultivate a heart of genuine love, unity, and servant leadership.
