DECLARATION OF FAITH

Our stand in some of the issues concerning what we believe in.

GOD

We believe that there is only one sovereign God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, the Son Jesus, and Holy Spirit.  He created the universe with a mere utter of His word.  He is the beginning and the end. He alone possess the divine power of omni-potence, omni-science and omni-presence.

BIBLE

We believe that the Holy Bible composed of 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament is the Word of God. It is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and way of living and should be read and mediated upon by all Christians.

SALVATION

Is a free gift of God given by faith by believing and surrendering our lives through Jesus Christ to be our savior & Lord. It is not earned by man through good works, baptism or any other means.

BAPTISM

Water baptism is a voluntary public declaration of our faith to Jesus Christ. Its is an act of obedience but is not a requirement for Salvation.

THE CHURCH

Is a body of believers.

JESUS CHRIST

is God the son in human form.  Although retaining his diety he was 100% human. He was conceived by the holy spirit and born of the virgin Mary.  He alone is sinless and he was crucified and died to pay the penalty of our sins.  3 days later he was raised from the dead and asceneded to the Father's right hand where he reigns and intercedes for the church.  One day he shall come again to judge both the living and the dead and set-up His kingdom.

MISSION

God's command and mission for every Christian is that we actively bring people to Christ and disciple those that respond.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe that the Holy Spirit is God and possesses all divine attributes. He indwells all believers and controls all true believers and empowers them to live the Christian life.

GOOD WORKS

We are not saved by our Good works or good deeds or actions but this is expected from a true believer of Jesus.  This is the true evidence of Salvation as every believer is expected to pursue a good and holy life through the power of the Holy Spirit.
